It’s been a crazy year so far and one I’m grateful for every day. After my debut was released last September, I’ve been lucky enough to do what I love for a living, but I know this might not last forever, so, while there is, I thought I’d share a bit about what’s to come with you!
Book 2, Summer Season on the Seafront was released on ebook on 10 June and the paperback comes out in August. It’s been doing pretty well and I’m very excited to say that I’ve got a book signing at WH Smith, Bluewater on 24th August. If anyone’s around that way and fancies calling in to get a signed copy of the paperback, it would be lovely to see you! Or, if you can’t make that but have read the ebook, it would be fab if you could leave a review on Amazon. They make such a difference to us authors for so many different reasons. I promise your time won’t be wasted.
Even though it’s July, I’ve just submitted my first round of edits for my Christmas book, Snowflakes at Mistletoe Cottage! I’ll be honest, it’s been really weird editing a Christmas story in summer, but that’s just how it goes, I guess! Snowflakes come out in ebook on 11 October and the paperback in November. I’ll do a proper cover reveal on here shortly, but until then, here’s the blurb to tease you!
On a grey, London day, Esme’s world crumbles around her when she loses her glitzy job on a top TV programme, her gorgeous, city-slicker boyfriend and her stunning apartment, all in one fell swoop just before Christmas.
Esme is forced suddenly to move back to her sleepy hometown of Sandchester, and despite the snow blanketing the roof and the fairy lights that twinkle in her rustic little cottage, everything is looking bleak. That is until she reconnects with an old crush and finds herself unexpectedly getting swept away.
But Joe, handsome and charming as he is, is not all he seems. Esme soon realises that he has a tragic past which he just might not be able to overcome…
Surrounded by her loving, if harebrained, family and with the support of her hilarious friends, Esme is determined to have a go at forging her own path, even if it all comes to nothing. But one question still lingers in her mind: will she find someone to kiss under the mistletoe this Christmas?

WH Smith have agreed to have me back for another signing on November 23rd, so why not pick up a copy as a Christmas present!
So what’s next for me after this? Well, I’ve pitched some new ideas to my editor and hopefully I’ll be writing some more for HQ Digital, ready for release in 2020! Teasers to come if I get the go-ahead!
